Our trusted vinyl materials supplier, Hudson Vinyl Products Inc., warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its vinyl fencing products are free of defects in workmanship and materials and that, in the course of normal and proper use, its vinyl products will not chip, peel, blister, flake, be damaged by pests or have abnormal weathering colorations. Tan or other non-white product warranty does not include normal color fade due to weather and sunlight. Gate workmanship, including joint fasteners and adhesives, are warranted for a period of two years. Hudson Vinyl Products warrants only those products manufactured by its facilities. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by use other than that which the fence material has been designed for, negligence, alteration, accident, improper storage or installation, abuse, misuse, vandalism, acts of war or acts of God.
